Brent Fitzpatrick has spent the last ten years as a corporate finance consultant and gained significant experience in identifying and advising a number of companies on their acquisitions and subsequent flotations. He is currently chairman of Aboyne-Clyde Rubber Estates of Ceylon PLC and is Non-Executive Chairman of Global Marine Energy plc and a Non-Executive Director of Bidtimes plc, both AIM quoted companies.
Brent brings his substantial knowledge of Corporate Governance and City experience to the Board and sits on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
